Anritsu’s force balance weighing technology provides the industry’s highest weight accuracy, meeting even the most stringent standards for products containing high potency active pharmaceutical ingredients.

For Multiple Lanes – Built in

A space-saving checkweigher for lines where multiple lanes of products are inspected with just one unit, such as a divided filling packaging or tube filling lines. The checkweigher allows centralized control of production records for multiple lanes with just one indicator.

The Multiple Lane Checkweigher Series of Anritsu has six different versions available that can weigh products ranging from 0.5 to 60 g. The maximum accuracy is ±0.015 g at 3s with a maximum speed of 150 products/min x 6-lane. For heavier products use the KW6205E model, available in two versions. These checkweighing systems can weigh products ranging from 2 to 600 g. The maximum accuracy is ±0.02 g at 3s with a maximum speed of 400 products/min x 2-lane.

For built in applications, Anritsu’s Built-In Multi-Lane Weighing Systems allow integration of high precision weighing capabilities into an existing production process with a 30mm-wide load cell which achieves a maximum accuracy of +/- 0.002 g.

High Accuracy

The checkweighers for multiple lanes have a 1.5 times faster response speed and 2 times higher accuracy than conventional models* because of our high-rigidity electromagnetic balancing weigh cell and unique DROP (Dynamic Responsiveness Optimization Process) filter.

Anritsu’s Built-In Multi-Lane Weighing Systems allow integration of high precision weighing capabilities into an existing production process. Various kinds of interface are available as the standard item.

Space saving

High-rigidity weigh cells have been placed alternately on both sides of the weighing conveyor to achieve space saving and high accuracy. Three belt sizes are available—40 mm, 70 mm and 100 mm.

Batch Control / Monitoring

The large, color LCD touch panel allows centralized control of production records for multiple lanes. Batch control, monitoring and statistics management is independently controlled on 2 to 6 lanes. Screen switching between the weight value display and the weight bar display is also possible during checkweighing.
